Portkey Integration with Limited Configuration Options

Is there a way to use portkey with an application that only lets me change baseurl and API key?

yes ofc, what do you have in mind?
couple of things... We're looking at Glean for work. They said we could bring our own API keys, but looking at their docs, it looks like they might only support AWS, GCP, and Azure; so they might not even let us change the base url.

I also wanted to test it with Cline - see screenshot.
I was wondering the same for using Portkey as custom provider in cursor ai for example
yep, I'm hoping to get a platform for people at work to use if they need an API key to plug into stuff (or if they want to code something themselves)
@Endalarius @ruu8010 You could connect a config to an API key and just use the Base URL + API Key combination to connect to apps like Cline or Glean
oh. ok.. I thought it needed a virtual key to work. Thanks! I'll give it a shot. I got it working in a separate app I'm building for work, but I have more control over that. 🙂
You can update your config with virtual keys or any routing rules. That way you can swap out virtual keys as needed as well
@ruu8010 curious if you got Portkey to work with Cursor?
Haven’t tried it with cursor yet, but it did work with another client using the api key coupled with a config containing the virtual key.
