Hi, can you check if the API key you created has the Log create scope. The 403 suggests that you might not have the privilege to make the feedback create request on the API key.

We just launched deeper permissions and RBAC on API keys this week and thanks so much for reporting this. We’ll do better on error messages!

Do you have retries on? Are all your requests from Portkey sending a 429?
