Unexpected non-whitespace character after json

Wanted to report a bug we saw when we send some text which contained some noisy special characters like "��&Adobed�" or "��Ic��a��+��" and many such things to Portkey API, we did not see the Error log in Portkey UI side, the error returned was something like

Also for larger request, it does not show the input in UI

For the UI issue, its happening for prompt completions calls which uses configs because the prompt is going as a part of config in logs due to our internal logic. We already have this on our radar. I will prioritize the fix for this issue.
