unable to add variables to my prompt

Hi, I am unable to add variables to my prompt, can you please guide me how to do it??
I was able to add systemprompt, userprompt and tools (function) but not variables, I have variables in my prompt.

I'm trying to understand your problem better:

  • Are you seeing any errors?
  • Are you trying to add variables using {{ }} syntax from Portkey app UI?
  • Are you trying to add values to your variables when triggering the prompt template from your code?

Issue resolved, I was using single curly brackets. Thanks
