Troubleshooting 502 errors with openai api

I keep getting 502s from Portkey right now containing this: <class 'openai.error.Timeout'>, │ │
│ │ │ <class 'openai.error.ServiceUnavailableError'> → OpenAI API seems to be operational according to their status page, any issues from your side?

@ekevu. are you seeing these errors in Portkey logs as well?

Are you using openAI SDK with portkey? Error message seems more like an openAI error. Are you still facing this error?

I've been monitoring this for a while, don't see any 5xx either from OpenAI or Portkey.
