This was shared by @thismlguy - is anyone else seeing some faulty multi_tool_use.parallel calls in their OpenAI tool calling requests?

There's an ongoing thread from the last year, where multiple users are reporting the same bug

Yes, with parallel tool calling enabled, we encountered Server errors from OpenAI

Note: This only happened with GPT-4o model. Turbo model works fine with parallel tool calling

for now i have added custom logic to parse the actual tool call from the multi_tool_use call
