Are you and your colleague in the same region? I am not sure if Anthropic restricts some regions. Just wanted to check this possibility.

Also, I am getting it now, too, although I did run successful Claude prompts yesterday, I can still see them in the logs

Any ideas? I exchanged the key for a new one, and Claude works in another program I use.
The other Claude models don't work via Portkey either.

This seems like some error from anthropic when its made from an edge runtime. Saw this in anthropic discord as well. Let me debug further

Does this only affect us or other Portkey users as well? Is there anything I can do to help?

Hey @ekevu. - Found one very strange anthropic behaviour and a related discord thread. While try to debug your issue, I found out that your requests are originating from vietnam (VN). And there are couple of threads on anthropic discord that mentions that vietnam does not have API access. And this happened recently. So it also backs the reason why your key stopped working suddenly. Is it possible for you to use VPN and try from a different region to see if it works fine? I am not 100% confident that this might be the reason. So will need your help to try this out.
