One of the api calls just returned:

What does this indicate?

Maybe a Cloudflare or even OpenAI-originating (more likely) error. Pinging @visarg who can shed more light

P.S. This is a Portkey hosted instance.

Also, this error was not recorded in Portkey logs.

Thanks Vrushank! This happened one-off so I am good. Just wanted to let you guys know if you wanted to check your systems. But all good on my end!
